Culture Syndicates worked with Charnwood Museum, Loughborough, to complete a short audience research project. The museum is located in Queen’s Park, Loughborough, and hosts a range of temporary and permanent exhibitions alongside a varied programme of talks and workshops for a range of audiences.
The aims of the project were to understand the opinions and visiting habits of users and non-users of the site. Culture Syndicates completed short surveys at the museum and off site, in Loughborough town centre, in order to capture opinions from a range of (potential) audiences.
Our team then analysed the data and compared it to existing data from the museum’s own previous surveys. We summarised the findings and made recommendations for the museum to build and engage their audiences more deeply. The final report was a concise, easy-to-use document.
