In collaboration with Colin Mulberg Consulting, we developed a clear audience development plan for the Gunnersbury Park and Museum site, identifying a selection of potential audiences and offers that might be used for the site in the future. Using a selection of face-to-face research and desk based activity, we spent time working with existing audiences to identify potential uses for the site in the future, and the kinds of activity that might be of interest to these audience groups. We also developed a list of potential users, including identifying future partnership opportunities that will enable to growth of the Gunnersbury Park and Museums audience.
