Culture Syndicates’ provides on-the-job training for emerging museum professionals.
This museum showcases Kettering’s local history in a manor house from the 18th Century. Culture Syndicates have worked closely with Kettering Manor House Museum to clean and make an inventory their collection over several years, working to suit their capacity and budget.
Culture Syndicates trained emerging professionals to care for the museum’s collection. The trainees gained vital skills in cleaning, labelling and wrapping objects. The trainees worked under the expert guidance of our project manager, ensuring a high quality service was provided to the client.
The result was that the museum had their collection cleaned and organised at a reasonable cost, whilst the trainees had the opportunity to improve their skills for their careers in the future
