Culture Syndicates evaluated the second phase of the National Trust’s Midlands Innovation Groups programme, following the completion of the first stage of evaluation in Spring 2017. The Innovation Groups intended to bring people together to collaborate and produce a wider range of programmes for visitors at National Trust properties. Culture Syndicates was responsible for analysing the achievement of the scheme’s aims, capturing and collating the impact of the groups, and providing several case studies to inspire change and share learning with the Trust.
