Culture Syndicates and Colin Mulberg Consulting completed an Audience Review for the Rural Life Centre (now the Rural Life Living Museum), leading to the creation of an Audience Development report for the site. Working with key members of staff and Trustees, the Culture Syndicates team examined all aspects of the sites current offer, identifying new ways that the site could be used in the future to run alternative events and activities, with the aim of increasing revenue collection. The Audience Development report was built into the full review of the site, encouraging the Trustees to think outside the box, and develop the site to its full potential.
