Culture Syndicates have carried out a visitor counting exercise at Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood, a National Trust property.
Over two weeks, our team collected key data from visitors entering the site from the car park, including how many visitors entered the site. To do so, we monitored cars entering and exiting the car park. In addition to this, we captured data on visitors to the site including those who do not use the car park. We gathered this data by completing short visitor surveys.
Our team of Heritage Assistants provided the capacity needed to carry out the project. The team ensured that GDPR regulations were adhered to throughout our work.
Following thorough data analysis, we created a full report on the findings of the research to inform the site’s future strategies.
