Culture Syndicates worked in partnership with Colin Mulberg Consulting to review the current audiences attending the four Lakeland Arts sites, and to create a plan for attracting new and varied audiences in the future. The Culture Syndicates team completed extensive research both on-site in various Lakeland Arts sites and surrounding areas, and through extensive desk based research. We created a clear audience profile for the current users of the sites, and identified a wide range of ways to engage more people in the future.
We suggested a range of activities that could be viable ways of increasing income in the future. Having consulted with a wide variety of audiences, including on the ground market research with local tourists, we compiled an extensive range of opportunities to be maximised on in the future, ensuring that a wider range of offers could be created for the four very complex projects.
